I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was clean and spacious, the distance from the front desk and pool was a downside. However, the friendly and professional service made up for it. The location was great for exploring different places nearby.
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit outdated. I had some issues with ants and centipedes in the room, which was unexpected since I've stayed there seven times before. Sadly, there was no hot tub available during my stay, which was a disappointment for relaxation. Despite these setbacks, the location was family-friendly and had spacious areas for all. The dining experience was convenient and reasonably priced. However, the water park bar was closed, which was a letdown for those looking to enjoy the facilities fully.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing everything we needed. However, there was an issue with a busted electrical outlet that was large enough for a kid to stick a finger in. The service was a bit hit or miss; while some staff members were welcoming and professional, others were rude and lacked patience. The location had its ups and downs, with a run-down appearance due to ongoing construction but plenty of space for inviting family, and the dining options were somewhat limited but good for the price.
